Educational Purpose:
GF primarily operates as a software development and educational firm offering practical evaluation for traders for educational purposes. Our aim is to enhance the risk management, trading psychology, and compounding profits knowledge of our students through our funded trader programs.

Non-regulated Activities:
GF is not a financial institution, broker, or affiliated with any brokerage services. We do not engage in any activities regulated by financial authorities such as the FCA or FSCA in South Africa.

FUNDING AND CAPITAL MANAGEMENT

Source of Funds:
GF does not invest or trade with clients’ capital. All funding provided to traders through the funded trader programs comes exclusively from the company’s diverse revenue streams.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS

GF is committed to providing a platform conducive to learning and growth in trading. We ensure compliance with applicable regulations and safeguard personal data according to prevailing data protection and privacy laws.

REFUND POLICY

1. Once the funded account has been traded, no refunds of the sign-up fee will be entertained under any circumstances.
2. If the client has not engaged in trading using the funded account, they are eligible to request a refund of the sign-up fee within 7 days following the date of sign-up.

NATURE OF SIGN-UP FEE

Not a Deposit:
The sign-up fee paid at the time of registration is not a deposit into a trading account and serves a different purpose, as described below.

One-Time Access Fee:
The sign-up fee is a one-time payment charged to grant access to the GF dashboard with access to a simulated funded account for educational purposes. It also covers the operational costs associated with the software, technology, and educational content.

No Recurring Fees:
GF does not levy any monthly or recurring fees during the tenure of a trader’s involvement in the funded trader program.

DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

Time Frame for Disputes:
The client agrees not to dispute the payment or initiate chargebacks after a period of 14 days from their sign-up date under any circumstances.

WHO CAN BE FUNDED BY GF?

1. Traders must be at least 18 years old.
2. Traders from any nationality (Europe, North America, South America, Africa, Asia, Australia, & New Zealand) can join,

excluding clients from the following countries: Syria, North Korea, Cuba, & Iran.
3. Funded accounts are available for individual traders to trade GF’s capital.
4. The Funded Trader Program is not designed for large organizations, groups of individuals, or copy traders.
5. Funded Traders must have at least some experience with forex trading terms, such as the difference between Market Orders, Limit Orders, and Stop Orders, Market Open and Closing Hours, Economic Calendar and News Releases, Flexible and Fixed Spreads, Overnight Rollover Time, Commissions, Overnight Swaps, Pip, Point Value, Lot Size, Stop Loss, Take Profit, Market Order, Stop Order, Limit Order, Ask, Bid, Relative Drawdown, Absolute Drawdown.
6. Funded Traders must also demonstrate adequate trading skills.
7. Funded Traders must understand the terms and conditions of funding before signing up for any funding plans and their minimum requirements.
8. Funded Traders must adjust their risk exposure to match the requirements of the Funded Trader Program before starting to trade with GF’s capital.
